START TO FINISH PROJECTS
2 stall horse barn addition of cinder block and stucco building. Required large retaining wall to extend road and allow for building addition. Glass end wall allows natural lighting to fill barn giving a warm glow during the day. New fencing, drainage, tool room upgrade, fly (pest) management system and concrete parking was also installed. Barn addition was followed by a floating deck to extend over riding arena. Deck included arena lighting as wells as handrail lighting, and finished off with a glass railing for high visibility viewing to the arena.
This equestrian building is a highly functional 16 stall commercial facility. Features include 2 tack rooms, full kitchen, 3 wash stalls, large storage room, fly (pest) management system, auto water/feeders, and a Plexi-glass sky belt to allow maximum natural lighting during daytime hours.
WORKSHOP WITH CARPORT AND COVERED POACH
This project was a single building with a lot of purpose. The 20'x20 workshop was the enclosed portion of the 63'x22' roof line which clear spanned the driveway and back porch of this home. The sky belt, new privacy fence and and metal wrapped poach really gives this property a pleasant and durable feel.
CUSTOM SALT WATER AQURIUM
This fun project included a 150 gallon custom built salt water aquarium with 2 different styles finishing on each side. One living room was dressed in reclaimed red oak with plenty of decorative shelving and cabinetry. The other side of the aquarium was finished with a classy red mahogany to match existing antique furniture
This space was looking for a complete makeover by relocating the laundry room to the opposite side of the kitchen. This gave the Island plenty of room to grow.
